Our Physicians

Dr. Denise Phan
Dr. Phan graduated from UCLA with a double major in Microbiology and Political Science in 1986, and from the UCLA School of Medicine in 1990. She completed her residency at the UCLA San Fernando Valley Program in 1993, and has been in practice at Century Medical Group since 1995.
She is currently on staff at Valley Presbyterian Hospital and goes on medical missions with the groups International Humanitarian Missions and Social Assistance Programs to Vietnam.
Dr. Phan has been a contributor to several medical publications and publishes her own photos and blog at www.theworldaccordingtoDrDAPS.com
Dr. Stephen Reale
Dr. Stephen Reale received his Bachelor Degree in Biology at Fairfield University and his MD at the University of Connecticut in 1993. He did his residency training at the UCLA San Fernando Valley Program from 1993-1996 and has been in practice at Century Medical Group since 1996.
Dr. Reale is one of the most respected Internist on staff at Valley Presbyterian Hospital and has been listed on America's Top Physician since 2006. Having special interest in quality control, Dr. Reale has been an active member of the Medical Executive Committee at Valley Presbyterian Hospital and is the Chief Medical Officer at Century Medical Group.
Dr. Reale is also an avid hiker and climber and has a been honing his skill as a photographer in the Los Angeles area for years.
Dr. Jeffrey Chong
Dr. Jeffrey Chong received both his Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Medicine degree from the Loma Linda University. He completed his Internal Medicine residency training at the UCLA San Fernando Valley Program in 1996 and has been with Century Medical Group since then.
Dr. Chong has been listed on the Consumer Research Council’s Guide to America’s Top Physician since 2006. He has office hours in our Van Nuys office as well as our Burbank office.
Dr. Chong is an avid golfer and skier and has special interest in the area of sports medicine as well as barometrics medicine or weight control. He is currently an Internal Medicine consultant for perioperative management for several surgical specialists at St. Joseph Medical Center and Valley Presbyterian hospital.

Dr. Sylvain Silberstein
Dr. Silberstein received his MD at Howard College of Medicine and completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in 1972.
He subspecializes in Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism, and has been in practice for over 50 years.
He has been affiliated with Valley Presbyterian hospital and teaches part-time at Olive View Medical Center for decades.
